This is a survey report on the civil legal problems of low-income households in Connecticut. The report states that 90 percent of the legal problems identified in the survey did not received any lawyer attention, over half (53 percent) tried to solve the problem themselves, legal help was sought for only 10 percent of the problems, and nothing was done for a third (33 percent) of the cases.
