ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service

The American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service is charged with the responsibility to review, evaluate and foster development of pro bono publico programs and activity by law firms, bar associations, corporate law departments and other legal practitioners. The Committee works to analyze and define the appropriate scope, function and objectives of pro bono publico programs; to establish an interest in such programs; and to review and propose policy that has an impact on the ability of lawyers to provide pro bono service.
