This study used a qualitative approach to study unbundled legal services. Thirty-five qualitative in-depth interviews were conducted with a range of consumers who used unbundled legal services in regard to a civil, family or immigration matter. An additional 14 interviews were completed with legal services providers across the same legal areas and six interviews were conducted with members of the judiciary. Specific findings on unbundled legal services were made concerning consumers, providers and judges.
