The Legal Aid Interagency Roundtable (LAIR) was reinvigorated and recommissioned by the Biden administration and reflects the national commitment to the government’s leadership role and responsibility to advance access to justice through the power of the Executive Branch.
Through research, interagency dialogue, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement, participating agencies continue to examine creative, evidence-based solutions for access to justice and their intersection with Federal program effectiveness.
In its most recent report, LAIR highlights the pandemics’ impact on American’s ability to (access) justice, examining innovation strategies, areas of focus that have emerged, and identifying solutions for the years post pandemic.
