This report by New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) details expenditure of the $270,000 per year for two years during 2005-2007 for civil legal services to the poor and elderly in the northern three counties of the state.

During the two year period, NHLA helped North Country clients obtain federal disability benefits and health care coverage worth more than $1,589,637. The program cost $270,000 to run.
